About the Host
This concert is organised by Sydney-based pianist and Korean traditional drummer Su Hee Cho. She is a highly sought-after keyboard player in the musical theatre circuit and has also served as assistant music director on select productions. Su Hee has played keyboard and conducted world-class shows including Hamilton, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, and Moulin Rouge. Now working as a freelance pianist and Korean traditional drummer, she is dedicated to sharing the beauty of Korean traditional music through performances and educational workshops at schools and universities across NSW. This event is proudly funded by the NSW Government.

기획자 소개

이번 공연은 시드니에서 활동 중인 피아니스트이자 한국 전통 타악 연주자인 조수희의 기획으로 마련되었습니다. 조수희는 뮤지컬 해밀턴, 디즈니의 미녀와 야수, 물랑루즈 등 세계적인 작품에서 키보드 연주와 일부 작품의 음악 조감독 및 지휘를 맡은 활발한 활동을 펼쳐온 뮤지컬 연주자입니다. 현재는 프리랜서 피아니스트이자 한국 전통 타악 강사로서, NSW 지역의 초•중•고등학교와 대학교를 중심으로 공연과 워크숍을 통해 한국 전통음악의 아름다움을 알리고 있습니다. 본 행사는 NSW 주정부의 후원으로 진행됩니다.
