Doors To Opportunity South Australia
Description
Doors to Opportunity: South Australia
A FREE community workshop for Arabic-speaking migrant women.
Have you ever felt that opportunities exist, but you don’t know where to look, who to ask, or how to get started?
Join Wafa Bouchahed for a welcoming, practical workshop to discover opportunities, build connections and take your next step.
Discover the Seven Doors of Opportunity
Explore opportunities in employment, education, business, skills development, community involvement, networking and partnerships.
From Ideas to Action
Through three practical tools, you will:
Identify the opportunity that matters most to you.
Learn the Find → Connect → Ask → Act framework.
Create your personal 7-Day Open Door Plan, with one opportunity, one connection and one achievable next step.
Discover Support and Build Connections
Learn about relevant programs, including LaunchMe, Parents Pathway and IntoJobs, and how they may support eligible women in exploring their goals and opportunities.
The workshop concludes with food and informal networking, giving you the chance to meet other women, connect with program representatives and ask questions.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to find your next door.
One door. One connection. One action.
