Herby Acupuncture and Tender Presents Dope Is Death. A documentary by Mia Donavan about the incredible story of Mutulu Shakur, stepfather of Tupac Shakur, and how he worked alongside members of the Black Panther Party and the Young Lords to merge community healthcare with radical politics. In 1973, their work led to the creation of the first acupuncture-based detoxification programme in America centred on collective care, accessibility, and liberation.

Following the screening, guests are invited to participate in a guided ear seeding session with Kim from Herby Acupuncture. Each attendee will receive a 20 pack of 24k gold ear seeds, along with a postcard featuring an ear map of the NADA protocol. This is a calming selection of ear points used to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and mental ease.
