Dosvidanya Day 2026

Our Dosvidanya Day Release Party returns on Saturday, February 21st! Dosvidanya, our award-winning Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, has earned top honors at the Great American Beer Festival, the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer, and recognition as a Best Beer in Illinois.

All 2026 Dosvidanya variants are available exclusively at this event and will not be distributed. Any remaining bottles will be sold later at both DESTIHL locations.

Attendees will explore our production space, sample four 2026 variants at tasting stations, hang out in the Winner's Lounge featuring other award-winning DESTIHL beers, purchase additional variants and vintage bottles, and enjoy live music in the Barrel Room. Ticket options include VIP, General Admission, and GA plus guest packages.

This private, 21+ event takes place in our production brewery and Barrel Room. The Beer Hall will remain open to the public. Proxies may pick up orders with a valid ticket and ID.

EVENT SCHEDULE

1:00pm - Doors open for VIP Experience ticket holders

2:00pm - Live music featuring Nathan Taylor Band in the Barrel Room

2:30pm - Doors open for GA Package ticket holders

6:00pm - Event & live music ends-Beer must be picked up before this time.

2026 DOSVIDANYA 500ml BOTTLED VARIANTS 

• Bourbon Barrel - aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels

• Rye Barrel - aged in Old Forester Rye Whiskey barrels

• Mexican Chocolate - bourbon barrel-aged with cacao nibs, cinnamon & chiles

• Coconut Rye - rye whiskey barrel-aged with toasted coconut

• Chocolate Rum Barrel - aged in rum & chocolate bitters barrels

• 2-Year Rye Reserve - aged in Heaven Hill Rye Whiskey barrels for 2 years

• Bourbon Select - aged in Wild Turkey Extra-Aged 18-22 year barrels

• Uno, Dos, Blueberries (collaboration with White Oak Brewing) - bourbon barrel-aged with blueberry

Ticket sales end Saturday, February 21st, at 12pm. There are NO REFUNDS or exchanges. Tickets ARE transferable.
