In a previous career as a family lawyer, Amy Scott (www.amyscott.co.nz/about-amy-scott/) saw firsthand how miscommunication ripped entire families apart.
Wanting to help put an end to that suffering, Amy set out to learn and teach effective communication.
DOTS centres around 4 communication styles, simply known as red, yellow, blue and purple DOTS.
DOTS enable us to not only recognise the natural communication style of the person in front of you, but allows you to engage with them on a level they understand, feel safe and respond most positive to.
