    Event description

Dan Tuffy is an Australian producer and songwriter who has been living in the
Netherlands since 1994. Although involved in countless recordings and projects, his solo career began later in life with his 2017 debut “SONGS FROM DAN” which was internationally hailed as a “downright masterpiece”. His 2020 follow-up
“LETTERS OF GOLD” generated yet more superlatives both here and abroad. Back in Australia for the 1st time in almost 5 years this is an exclusive one-off show. Dan will be presenting material from his past releases as well as his new album
“COUNTRY STAR” (due out on June 2) which is currently gaining momentum both here and abroad. On stage with him will be the extraordinarily talented bassist/backing vocalist Madelief van Vlijmen. With influences from the dustbowl to now, their show is a sonic masterpiece of story-telling and pulsing acoustic grooves.

Jhana Allan is a New England local who plays violin, mandolin and guitar and writes hauntingly beautiful songs. Her approach is folky with a distinctly modern twist. Jhana will also be joining Dan & Madelief for parts of their show

This promises to be a mesmerising evening of great listening music!
