Hot Mess & Dance Flaws combine once again as Double Vision, to bring you a personal favourite of ours, Gene On Earth!
Limousine Dream label head and owner of one of the best record collections on the circuit Gene’s profile didn’t just pop up overnight. The 33-year old Californian has spent the bulk of the last 15 years exploring electronic music production. While his Gene on Earth alias boasts a sprawling back catalogue on his Limousine Dream label, including his debut album Local Fuzz, Gene’s journey has seen plenty of twists and turns.
Now based in Berlin, Gene discovered his taste whilst studying in Italy and adventuring on weekend jaunts across Europe. Since then he's built a reputation as a multi talented DJ & Producer who's music takes pinches from the past but always sounds like the future. He's now widely seen as one of the most respected artists around and you can expect to hear some records you've never heard before but need to hear again!
