Session one, 10.30am to 11.30am - Dr Graham’s Little Scientists’ Show

Discover how you can learn remarkable things about your world in this fun and interactive science show especially for young scientists (3-6 year olds) – but fun for the whole family. We’ll explore how to do a science experiment, observe the results, and use the new ideas you uncovered to create amazing inventions – from marshmallow cannons to leaf blower hovercrafts! This show is all about the scientific process, being curious and creative, and using science to make the world a better – and heaps more fun – place! For ages 3-6 years old. Parents are required to stay.

Session two, 1.30pm to 2.30pm - Dr Graham’s Blow-Up Science (Courtyard)

Can you really launch marshmallows out of a vacuum cleaner, make rockets from common household items, or launch teddy bears using liquid nitrogen? Prepare yourself for some seriously mind-bending science, as Dr Graham explodes his way through the chemistry and physics of things that go bubble, boom, bang and occasionally catch on fire. With loads of audience involvement, laughs, exciting experiments, brain-rattling explosions, and learning, this action-packed show is a celebration of the fun in science! For ages 7 and over. Parents are required to stay.
