Science Week Performance: Dr Quark's Scientific Circus
Adelaide Hills Council Libraries (Coventry Library Stirling)
Stirling SA, Australia · Accessibility info
Event description
In this high energy show Dr Quark explores the science and forces behind the circus tricks we all love. While performing feats of unicycling, juggling, rolla bolla and plate spinning, Dr Quark demonstrates the effects of gravity, momentum, friction, air pressure, energy transfer and push and pull forces. He then applies those same concepts and more to his favourite science demonstrations. Yes! That means wacky water rockets, groovy gyroscopes, leaf blower levitations, voracious vacuums and the incredible ostrich egg squeeze!
This is a family event for children ages 4-12.
Please book a ticket for each child and adult attending the performance.
