Drag Kingdom

Drag Kingdom is the largest regular Drag King show in the world - held right here in Sydney.

35+ Kings of Joy in one electrifying night of gender-diverse performance, bold creativity and pure queer joy. This is a showcase of high-energy group routines from Kings of Joy past. Join us as we celebrate community, transformation and power from the margins.

This is more than a show - it’s a movement.

Drag Kingdom began as a grassroots experiment: What happens when you give first-time Drag Kings the support, safety, and stage to fully express themselves? Since then, over 180 Kings have taken to the stage through Kings of Joy.

In the past, tickets were $35. As our community and impact grow, we’ve introduced tiered pricing - so those with capacity can uplift others, while keeping Drag Kingdom accessible to all.

10% of all proceeds go to support LGBTQIA+ refugees fleeing Uganda through Block 13.

Ticket Types & What They Support:

Community Hero – $95

You’re funding more than a seat - you’re helping cover someone else’s ticket, supporting queer refugees through Block 13, and backing Kings of Joy. Big King energy.

General Admission – $55

You’re showing up, celebrating 35 Drag Kings, and supporting the show. Your ticket helps make Drag Kingdom possible while still contributing to our impact.

Community Access – $35

For students, unwaged, or low-income community members. We believe everyone deserves access to joy, performance, and queer connection- no matter their financial situation. You do not need a 'concession card' to choose this ticket.

Request a Comp – Free

If cost is a barrier, email us at info@kingsofjoy.com. We’ve reserved some comp & mob tickets - no questions asked. You belong here.

Come for the Kings. Stay for the joy. Leave changed. This is your invitation to be part of something bigger. See you at Drag Kingdom.
