Drag Makeup Workshop

The workshop will cover the following:
The complex process of drag makeup which involves many layers that need to be covered in detail to achieve the desired end result
A step-by-step breakdown of technique, product and tools
Further Details:
The session will be facilitated by internationally renowned drag queen Philmah Bocks
This session is open to all identities and expressions of drag
The demographic of drag makeup is so broad and participant's individual interpretation of what Philmah teaches is encouraged
Philmah will have a model and at each step, participants will follow on their own faces
Makeup and brushes provided to use in the workshop, participants can bring their own makeup and brushes
The workshop will run for 4 hours
The workshop is free
This workshop is for LGBTIQA+ people aged 16 and over
The workshop will be hosted at QHub
Pizza provided
There is capacity for up to 10 participants to attend
Accessibility:
The overhead (big) lights will be on for the duration of the workshop
QHub is located on the ground floor and is accessible by wheelchair. However, there is no wheelchair accessible bathroom onsite
There are multiple break out spaces to take breaks in as needed, including a low sensory room
There are sensory items onsite
