2024 DramaWest AGM in collaboration with Perth Festival

On Saturday 24 February, 2024, join DramaWest for our Annual General Meeting, in partnership with Perth Festival at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. 

The 2024 AGM program at a glance:

• 12.30 pm to 12.45 pm: Registration at The Art Gallery of WA.
• 12.45 pm to 1.45 pm: DramaWest 2024 Annual General Meeting at The Art Gallery of WA.

Please note that bookings have now closed for the following post-AGM festivities:

• 1.45 pm to 2.00 pm: Walk to The Blue Room Theatre. 
  • A 'walk and talk' style afternoon tea will be provided for workshop attendees during this time. 
• 2.00 to 4.00 pm: Industry workshops in partnership with Perth Festival at the Blue Room Theatre:
  • WORKSHOP OPTION 1 (SOLD OUT): Exploring and creating interactive site-specific theatre with Mammalian Diving Reflex in support of their Perth Festival site- and social-specific events 'Nightwalks with Teenagers'.
  • WORKSHOP OPTION 2: Creating site-specific work that defies genre descriptions with the co-directors of Perth Festival's immersive site-specific and community engagement 'The Invisible Opera', Lara Thoms (Aphids) and Samara Herch ('Body of Knowledge').
• 4.00 to 5.30 pm: Option to self-explore the Cultural Centre Perth Festival galleries and activities.
• 5.30 to 7.30 pm: Sundowner Networking event (catered) in partnership with Perth Festival at His Majesty's Theatre VIP Circle Bar.
• 7.30 to 9.00 pm: 'Food' Perth Festival performance viewing at His Majesty's Theatre.

Important AGM Notes:

• The AGM section of this event is free and open for anyone to attend.
• We ask that if you are attending just the AGM section of the event, that you still register for capacity planning purposes.
• Nominations for our 2024 DramaWest Committee are now open.
