A fun and deep way for preteens (9-12 year olds) to process their feelings.

These Draw It Out facilitated workshops teaches children a valuable tool called Interactive Drawing Therapy, and how drawing out metaphors for how we feel can be effective for processing hard feelings.

Children will come away with articulating feelings, feeling validated, accessing their own inner resources, and a tool they can use at home like visual journaliing.
