Sumaya Asvat is an abstract painter and illustrator based in Melbourne. A strong believer in the power of community arts and an advocate for arts education, Sumaya has spent the last ten years dedicated to facilitating meaningful creative programs and experiences for young people. Her passion lies in connection and storytelling and this is present in both her illustrations and Abstract Paintings.
