Led by Yuki Lyons, this journey begins with a Ceremonial Cacao experience using heart-opening cacao from Madre Tierra Cacao, sustainably sourced and energetically potent. Cacao is known as the “Food of the Gods”—a plant medicine that gently activates the heart, fosters emotional clarity, and enhances meditative states.

You’ll then be guided into Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep,” a deeply restorative meditative practice where the body rests while the mind journeys through the subconscious. This practice allows the nervous system to reset, supports deep healing, and can bring profound visions and inner wisdom.

As you settle into the "dream space", we will introduce Dream Weaver, our custom-crafted essential oil blend designed in collaboration with Jade Bloom Essential Oils to support lucid insight, subtle body awareness, and dream recall.
