Dreamcatcher, Co-create Workshop

You're invited to be a part of a Sacred Space, Dreamcatcher workshop where we will co-create a divine and unique dreamcatcher for each person attending. We will entwine guided visualisations, medicine drumming, card readings, intuitive crystal and essential oil selections into a process where each of us will make a personalised dreamcatcher to take home. Healthy snacks will be provided. Both Alison Smith, from the Russell Smith Ayurvedic Clinic, and I, founder of Inspire Yoga, mindful and transformational coach, will facilitate the journey. Feel free to also bring any personal sacred objects you'd like to entwine into the dreaming process. 

Held at my Inspire Yoga Studio, set on my equine property, surrounded by nature and harmony.
