We welcome you to a supportive wellness day retreat that will weave modalities of art and Kundalini Yoga to tap into our life force energy, igniting our creative power and potential. Taking place the day before the Spring Equinox, this is a pivotal point to bring forth our visions and dreams for our new selves into this next season.

The day will be filled with intentional practices such as nature connection, kundalini yoga and creative art sessions. Artist Bianca Yrure and Transpersonal Therapist / Kundalini Yoga Teacher Aline Lage will guide you through these somatic sessions as you embody and envision your true creative nature. The retreat will be nestled on a tranquil bushland property on the brim of Ku-ring-gai-Chase National Park in the Northern Beaches, Terrey Hills.

NATURE CONNECTION - A nature meditation to ground in, find stillness, peace and recalibrate our nervous systems.

KUNDALINI YOGA - Drop into your body as we move and release energetic blocks, making space for our life force (creative power) to awaken.

ART - Two playful and somatic art sessions with clay and painting will get us in touch with our senses and be the tools used to bring our visions to light.

Please Bring on the day:

- a lunch dish to share (vegetarian)
- yoga mat + cushion
- blanket
- comfy clothing (enclosed shoes)
- drink bottle (to refill)
- hat/sunscreen

Getting there: There is no public transport direct to the venue and driving is necessary. Parking is limited onsite, so please allow extra time to arrive early and find your way. Follow the signage onsite that leads you in the driveway and drive down to be directed to park. This site is partially wheelchair accessible, speak to your hosts to find out more.

Part of this event is held outdoors and is weather dependant, this will be monitored and plans communicated with participants in the lead up. The event can also take place solely indoors. In the case that the event is postponed due to extreme weather, tickets will be refunded.
