For thousands of year Women used to gather in community - but in more modern times we find ourselves often disconnected from community (or the connections might not go so deep ) ...overwhelmed from all our roles and responsibilites, super busy , and searching for rest , rejuvenation and connection with other women, where we can be seen , heard felt, and nourished by like minded souls.

This day retreat (open to all levels of Yoga experience ) , is a chance for us to reconnect , gather at the end of what for most has been a very busy year, ... put all our responsinbilites and roles aside & join together , -

What TO EXPECT :~ Flowing gentle morning Yoga practice to purify and open the energy centres , to clear the mind, strengthen & stretch the body.
~ Guided Meditations & Pranayama to align with higher consciousness/ your true nature.
~Dadirri ; deep listening in Nature
~Peace, stillness, tranquility and Nature - deep nervous system reset.
~ Prayer Ceremony to anchor our intentions for the coming year, for ourselves, our loved ones & community.
~Shared lunch together (please bring a dish ) surrounded by the gum trees
~Sound Healing Journey by Tarsila (Crystalline Energy ), with Crystal bowls, rain stick , Native american Indian flutes, chimes, harp, drums and more
~ A relaxed, friendly awesome (small ) group of wonderful women !
