The Dreaming Soul
About the program
The Dreaming Soul
A Program in Contemplative Dream Practice
Dreams are more than puzzles to solve—they are invitations into the hidden theatre of the soul.
The Dreaming Soul introduces participants to a contemplative approach to dreams through four movements: Receive, Regulate, Reflect, and Respond. Rooted in Christian contemplative practice and informed by dream appreciation, this program invites participants to encounter dreams with reverence, curiosity, embodied awareness, and respect for the dreamer's own inner wisdom.
Whether you are new to dream work or have previous experience, the Core Program offers a welcoming and spiritually grounded pathway for exploring dreams as a source of personal insight and growth.
The Core Program Includes:
Four prerecorded Foundation sessions (approximately 45 minutes each)
One live Integration & Orientation Session
Two in-person Witnessing Circles, where participants experience contemplative dream practice in community
Through guided teaching, reflection, and experiential learning, participants will deepen their understanding of contemplative dream practice while learning to engage dreams in a respectful, non-interpretive, and spiritually attentive way.
