Dreamtime for Kids
Event description
Do you want your children growing up learning about Aboriginal culture? We do!
Join us for intimate dreamtime sessions from across this beautiful country. Hosted in our hometown, Rosebud, your child will learn of dreamtime stories from Aboriginal woman Kayla Cartledge.
Hosted on Saturday and Tuesday's mornings at 9am, once a month, children will learn about the first storytellers in the world. Stories about the Rainbow Serpent, Bunjil, and other creators will be explored from March - July.

Children start with a fun connecting to country practice called Wayapa Wuurrk
Dreamtime story - lets read together
Creative practice - from colouring, to building, to gathering. children will connect to the stories through artform.

Things you should know:
We are on a mezzanine level with a staircase, unfortunately this limits accessibility - contact us if this wont work for you and we can see what we can do.
Tuesdays and Saturdays within the one month will be the same story.
Bookings are essential we will have limits on the number of children who can attend.
