This restorative sound bath is designed for those who are ready to soften the edges, quiet the mental noise, and surrender into deep, nourishing rest. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be guided by immersive sound frequencies that gently support the body in releasing tension and the mind in letting go of overactivity.

This experience supports:

• Deep nervous system regulation

• Release of stress and mental overwhelm

• A sense of inner calm and spaciousness

• Opening to something deeper within yourself

You will leave feeling deeply rested, clear, and anchored, like something within has been reset. A quiet return to your center. A rekindling of your inner glow.

No experience is needed. No belief is required. Nothing is expected of you. If you feel drawn to be here, trust that.

You’ll spend most of the experience lying down. Yoga mats are provided, and you’re encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, or anything that helps your body fully relax.
