Join artist Anna Scobie for a relaxed afternoon art session in the Tiny Forest, focusing on still life sketching using charcoal and ink washes. We’ll be working with natural forms and found forest objects, exploring texture, shadow and simple composition in a calm, no-pressure way.

This is not a formal art class — it’s a social, creative pause in the day where you can chat, unwind, enjoy a drink and reconnect with drawing in its simplest form.

Anna will gently guide you through basic techniques for charcoal sketching and ink wash layering. Absolute beginners are very welcome.

This is a relaxed, supportive outdoor session. Please let us know if you have any access or dietary needs. The event is held outdoors and requires walking down an uneven hill to reach the outdoor classroom.
