Event description

You’ve invested in training, but how do you ensure it sticks, drives behavior change, and moves the needle on performance?

In this focused 45-minute session, Sageful AI Co-founder and CEO Michael Papay will share how new advances in AI are transforming learning sustainment and making it possible to scale the kind of behavior change that coaching once promised but couldn’t deliver broadly or consistently.

The first 30 minutes will deliver a fast-paced overview of practical, research-informed strategies for bridging the knowing–doing gap. The final 15 minutes will be open for live Q&A and discussion.

You’ll come away with simple, actionable insights to reinforce learning, track impact, and connect training to what matters most: real outcomes and human growth.

You’ll Learn How To:

  • Go beyond smile sheets to define and track meaningful impact metrics

  • Use conversational AI to embed follow-through and coaching in the flow of work

  • Design a sustainment strategy that sustains behavior change

  • Link learning programs to business outcomes and executive priorities
