Michael is a three-time founder and CEO who has built and led award-winning companies at the intersection of learning, technology, and human performance. Today, he serves as Co-founder and CEO of Sageful AI, a platform designed to help people and organizations thrive and grow by turning learning into lasting behavior change at scale.

Previously, Michael was the Co-founder and CEO of Waggl (acquired by Perceptyx/TCV), where he helped organizations like PepsiCo, Heineken, Freddie Mac, and UCHealth activate employee voice and foster cultures of transparency, alignment, and accountability.
