Event description

How do individual actions scale into real-world impact? How can people influence policy, shift corporate strategies, and ignite community-led movements to tackle climate change?

Join Ripples to Waves (impact), Climate Writers (policy), Allegra Spender (Independent MP for Wentworth), Pledge for the Planet (community) and Econome (corporate) for a thought-provoking session on how individuals can drive systemic change.

In this engaging one-hour discussion, we’ll look beyond just individual lifestyle choices to explore the bigger levers of change, including:

  • Community Action: How grassroots movements and collective organizing are driving environmental transformation.
  • Corporate Influence: The role individuals play—inside and outside of companies—in pushing businesses toward sustainability.
  • Policy & Systemic Change: How voting, advocacy, and public pressure shape climate policies and accelerate systemic shifts.

Expect a session packed with practical insights, real-world examples, and inspiring stories—equipping you with the tools to amplify your impact.
