Drizzle Boy by Ryan Enniss (A Staged Reading)
Living Hope Anglican Main Hall
Killara NSW, Australia
Event description
Join us for a staged reading of scenes from Drizzle Boy, a contemporary work by Australian playwright Ryan Enniss. Presented as part of the Ku-ring-gai Arts and Cultural Festival, this performance brings together performers from MSTYP’s senior drama ensembles: Emerge and Access 18+
Drizzle Boy is autistic. Drizzle Boy is poked, prodded and diagnosed by a world that wants to change him and a family who doesn’t understand him. Then he meets Juliet — his very own star-crossed love. Could she be a safe space for a man who just wants a calm centre to his universe?
