Due to popular demand, I’m offering TWO casual drop-in prenatal yoga classes for those wanting to continue their practice in the final week of pregnancy or experience a class before committing to a full series. These classes are a beautiful way to stay connected, move your body, and prepare your mind for birth.

📍 Location: Manumission Yoga, Paddington
💰 Investment: $37 per class
👶 Limited to 15 mums per session

Classes are led by Meghan, founder of Mothersclub Yoga and a pregnancy yoga specialist with over 500+ hours of training.

Class duration is 60 mins commencing at 11.30am sharp, please arrive by 11.15am so we can check you in and prepare everything for you.
