    Event description

    Stretch your tired muscles, give yourself a break from study with these beginner level yoga classes. 

    Slow-flow Yoga sequences will help stretch your muscles, improve your posture, and release stress through breathing exercises.

    The workshops take a gentle pace and allow you to work within your range.  No experience necessary.

    Duration: 45 mins

    Dates: Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd, Wednesday 9th & Thursday 10th of October

    Location: Rehearsal Room, Level 3 Arts & Cultural Building (BN159)  

    Time: 11am – 11:45 each day

    Yoga mats will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
