Think Human if you're thinking AI

A half-day leadership lab for putting humans at the centre of AI implementation.

AI is moving quickly.

But before you implement another tool, automate another process or start talking about replacing work, there's a more important question:

Have you thought about the humans who have to make it work?

AI implementation isn't simply a technology challenge. It changes how people work, how decisions are made, what capabilities organisations need and where human judgement matters most.

Think Human if you're thinking AI is a practical, interactive half-day session for leaders, managers, project and transformation leads, people leaders, operations teams and anyone responsible for thinking about or implementing AI in their organisation.

This isn't an AI tools workshop.

We're not going to spend four hours learning prompts.

Instead, we'll explore how to design AI initiatives around people, performance and purpose.

You'll leave with:

A Human-Centred AI Planning Canvas

A practical framework you can take back to your organisation to work through:

What problem are we actually trying to solve?
What outcome are we trying to improve?
What work needs to change?
Who will be affected?
Where can AI create genuine value?
Where should humans remain firmly in the loop?
What new capabilities will people need?
What risks and unintended consequences should we consider?
How will we know whether it is actually working?

A 90-Day Human AI Action Plan

You'll leave with a practical starting point for turning your thinking into action — including the first experiment, the people involved, the capability required and how you'll measure success.

We'll explore

The AI implementation trap
Why starting with technology can lead organisations to solve the wrong problem.

The work before the technology
Understanding the work, friction and outcomes before deciding where AI belongs.

Humans in the middle
Redesigning work around the strengths of both humans and AI.

Capability, not just adoption
What people need to learn, unlearn and become better at when AI becomes part of the way work gets done.

Human judgement and accountability
Where automation makes sense — and where human judgement, trust and accountability must remain.

From AI ideas to meaningful action
How to move from a list of exciting AI possibilities to a focused, measurable 90-day plan.

Who should attend?

This session is designed for people who are responsible for making change happen, including:

CEOs and Managing Directors
Senior Leaders and Managers
Transformation and Change Leaders
Project and Program Leads
Operations Leaders
People & Culture / HR Leaders
Strategy Leaders
Technology and Digital Leaders
Business Owners
Anyone currently considering or implementing AI

You don't need to be an AI expert.

In fact, you probably shouldn't be.

You just need to be thinking:

"AI is going to change something in our organisation. How do we make sure we change the right things, in the right way, for the right reasons?"

What you'll take away

You'll leave with more than ideas.

You'll leave with a framework, a completed planning canvas and a practical 90-day starting point for your organisation.
