Come and join us for a beautiful afternoon sharing the wonderful, calming movements of Dru Yoga and Restorative Yoga, enjoying deep relaxation where you can just let go of all the tension and pressure so you leave feeling lighter, brighter and so much more relaxed.
These retreats are gentle, flowing and feel amazing as your body and mind surrender the tension and tightness allowing you to just connect into that calm place inside yourself.
There is no fast, strenuous power yoga as Dru and Restorative yoga are gentle and allow your nervous system time to let go as the movements are designed to clear your energy centres, helping to relax and rejuvenate your energy on all levels.
Suitable for all ages and bodies and can be modified for all sorts of injuries and issues, so all are welcome.
Yummy refreshments provided. Please bring a mat, cushion, water bottle and blanket/towel (if air-con too cool) eye pillow if you have one! (Basically whatever you need to relax and feel comfy)
