Liesl's Sound & Energy Healing

During our deep relaxation, Liesl will weave the beautiful vibrations of crystal singing bowls with an intuitive energy healing inspired by the qualities of three Archangels:

Chamuel — Love & Connection
Supporting an open heart, self-love, peace and harmonious relationships.

Jophiel — Clarity & Joy
Inviting a quieter mind, uplifting thoughts, inner wisdom and a renewed sense of direction.

Raguel — Harmony & Healing
Supporting emotional healing, forgiveness, communication and more peaceful relationships.

Together, the sound and energetic healing will invite you to release tension, soften the heart, quieten mental noise and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace and inner harmony.

There is nothing you need to do — simply settle comfortably, receive the sounds and allow yourself to rest.

FAQs

I've never done yoga before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Everything will be gently guided, and beginners are very welcome.

I can't kneel or lie on the floor. Can I still come?
Yes. Most of the evening can be enjoyed seated in a chair, and you're welcome to practise in whatever way feels most comfortable for your body.

I look forward to sharing this nurturing evening with you.

Love, light and warmth,
Morag Morrish
