Embrace the warmth of the fire and the serene beauty of the Blue Labyrinth in the Blue Mountains this winter as you create your own unique Medicine Drum and embark on a journey of creation, healing, and transformation. 

The first beat you heard was your mother's heart, followed by the rhythm of the earth. Now, it’s time to create your own beat and find your rhythm through your Medicine Drum.

In this transformative workshop, you will be guided through the creation of your own Medicine Drum and a drum journey. You will experience the profound connection between intention, ritual, and personal storytelling, and leave with a powerful tool that echoes the beat of your own heart and soul. 

This is more than just a workshop, it’s a journey back to your true self, supported by a community of like-minded individuals and the timeless traditions of drum crafting.

Workshop Highlights

Ceremony and Ritual: Throughout the day, you will craft your drum with intention and sacred ceremony, making it a true extension of your heart and soul. Each step of the process will be infused with rituals that honour the spirit of the drum and the connection to the earth. These ceremonies will help you imbue your drum with your personal energy and intentions, creating a sacred tool that resonates with your unique frequency. 

Personal Journey: Engage in storytelling, drum crafting, and intentional rituals to explore your birth story and its impact on your life. This workshop offers a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and reflect on how your birth imprint has shaped your journey. I will guide you through a drum journey where you may connect with your spirit guide, spirit animal or ancestors where you may receive guidance and messages.

Healing and Reclamation: Drum crafting is a deeply personal and healing practice, reconnecting you with ancient traditions and providing a powerful means of self-expression. This process is not just about making a drum; it's about reclaiming an art form that has been lost to many in our modern age. As you craft your drum, you will also be crafting a piece of your own healing journey, reconnecting with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of your ancestors.

Location: Minchinbury NSW

Price: $400 (includes a 16.5-inch goat skin drum, drum beater, drum journey, vegetarian lunch, and refreshments)

Bookings: a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your spot. Balance of $200 must be paid prior to the event.

What to Bring: Warm socks and clothing, 1 large towel to wrap your drum, water bottle, blanket for the drum journey, an open heart and an open mind.
