Welcome to the Friday night sanctuary you've been craving.

Nervous system feeling on edge?
Everything bothering you, especially the little things?
Take some therapeutic time for yourself to deeply relax and restore.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We'll meet, greet, pour some herbal tea, and say hello.
Then, we'll discover some simple and meditative rhythms with your drum (or rattle) as your breath, heartbeat, and mind settle.
After some time of playing together, relaxing, releasing, and smiling, it's time to lay back, ball up in your cocoon, and delight in a drum and sound healing from Kat.

WELCOME YOUR CALM.
FIND YOUR HARMONY.
RESTORE YOUR BALANCE.

All of your props, inc. yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, etc., will be provided, but BYO medicine drum or rattle.
If you don't have a drum or rattle, you are welcome to use one of Kat's in-house rattles.

The space is cozy and intimate, so just six places are available, ensuring everyone has an amazingly relaxing experience.
Book in now so you've got this to look forward to!
