8:30am Registration opens (registrations close at 10am)

9:00am Pre-event safety briefing followed by surfing

    12:30pm Presentations and BBQ

    1:00pm Pack-up (volunteers only)

Everyone attending the event must be registered through our Humantix profile. This can be completed on the day if necessary.

It is compulsory to register using the QR code or written log at the beginning of the event.

Working with Children Checks are strongly encouraged for all volunteers over 18 years old https://www.wa.gov.au/organisa.... Email Caitlin - secretary-perth@disabledsurfers.org to pick up a pre-filled application form. Working with Children Check applications cost ~$11 for volunteers. If you already have a valid WA Working with Children Check, please email a photo/scan of your card through to Caitlin - secretary-perth@disabledsurfers.org

Parking can be a bit tricky at Leighton beach, so we reserve ample parking bays for our surfers with ACROD stickers. If you are planning on volunteering, please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to find a car park and walk to the grassed area to register.

Once registered, volunteers and team leaders are to meet under the beach tents.

Please join us for free BBQ lunch and awards at approximately 12.30pm after surfing.

Please note you must register for each DSA event of the 2023/24 season separately. Please ensure you register through the Humantix event link, not just by clicking attending on Facebook event.

We look forward to seeing you there!
