This session will delve into one of the most pressing social issues facing Australia. Homelessness has become a significant concern, with a rising number of individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity across the country.

In Australia, the issue of homelessness is multifaceted, influenced by factors such as housing affordability, economic disparities, mental health challenges, and social exclusion. Data science offers a unique perspective and powerful tools to analyse, understand, and address the complexities of homelessness. By harnessing the power of data, we can uncover valuable insights, identify patterns, and develop targeted interventions to support individuals experiencing homelessness and prevent future occurrences.

Join us as we explore how data can be a catalyst for positive change in tackling homelessness, examining the role of data-driven approaches, innovative technologies, and collaborative efforts in creating more inclusive and resilient communities.
