DTC Leadership Series: Maximizing Team Performance 1.0

Join us for the first edition of our 2025 DTC Leadership Series, presented by Appello Partners. This in-person workshop series takes place on the third Thursday of the month and is focused on Maximizing Team Performance.

After sharing the flywheel of essential elements in achieving high performance on any team, we want to shift our focus to how our leadership health is currently doing. When asked the question: "How are you?," how often do we really know how we actually doing at any point in time? And how can we make the necessary adjustments for ourselves to be as healthy as we can be when leading others?

Through this workshop, you will learn 3 powerful tools that provide measurable ways to check in on what our current reality looks like. Through gaining clarity and dedicating time for our own health, we will be better to intentionally multiply that health onto the others on our team and with who we lead.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this workshop.
