Leadership Toolkit Session: Support Challenge Matrix

Join us for our monthly Leadership Toolkit Session, presented by Appello Partners.

During this lunch-and-learn style webinar, you will learn a practical leadership tool you can immediately apply to your work and your life. The goal is to equip each of us with a power tool or two that helps us do the heavy lifting in leading ourselves well and in leading others well too.

September's Toolkit Session will feature the Support Challenge Matrix - a tool that helps us calibrate what we give our people so that they can be empowered to bring their best to work. This tool creates a common language that helps us more objectively evaluate the ways we show up for those around us, and allows them to speak into the process as well. This tool can be a powerful catalyst for building a healthy and flourishing culture where everyone can win.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this toolkit session.
