Join us for the third edition of our 2025 DTC Leadership Series, presented by Appello Partners. This in-person workshop series takes place on the third Thursday of the month and is focused on Maximizing Team Performance.

Continuing to work through the team performance flywheel, this third workshop will be focused on the second element in high-performing teams: relationships. Knowing how to intentionally form relationships with your people that are built on a foundation of trust is a non-negotiable in bringing out the best in your organization. We will teach the Influence model as a framework for helping us better understand what others need to trust us, given the differences in how we are all wired.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this workshop.
