The Duckhouse welcomes you for a unique live concert in this special new venue, located directly adjacent to the scenic Margaret river. Enter at the beautiful gardens just near the road bridge at the bottom of town on the corner of Higgins and Bussell Hwy.

This concert will be the first of many to come and aims to be an inclusive, accessible space to experience skilled, genuine musicianship in an intimate and friendly sanctuary. Live music from

-Cleo Destouches who will be sharing sun-soaked tunes and laid-back melodies

-Jensen Emmett, heartfelt singer songwriter and guitarist based locally

-Seth Goggins soulful singer and skillful multi instrumentalist newly arrived from the north east of the UK

-Lemon myrtle a cherished favorite among the southwest community bringing joy, beautiful story telling through song and audience participation.

The musicians will be playing unplugged and will be amiplied by means of a bespoke custom made"Pianophone" its a one of a kind design made here in margs and has been created by modifying and restoring an old piano. The sound vibrations from the musicians will be picked up by the piano strings and the sympathetic resonance will then be what is heard, making for a really special experience for audience and musicians. People will be here to really experience and take in the moment, an ode to listening... real listening. A portion of ticket sales will go toward educating Dalit caste street children in Nepal, direct through an independent grass roots not for profit https://freedomthrougheducationnepal.com/ the remaining funds will go direct to the musicians. There will be an ethically sourced Katmandu market stall with genuine handmade incense, prayer flags, brass ornaments, jewelry and other handmade items.
