Ducky Derby

Get ready for a splash of fun at the National Western Center’s Ducky Derby! Join us for a family-friendly FUNdraiser where hundreds of rubber duckies race down the South Platte River in a spirited competition benefitting the GES Community Investment Fund.

Participants can adopt a duck before the race, then cheer it on as the flock makes its way down the river. The first ducks to cross the finish line will win exciting prizes.

The Ducky Derby will feature live entertainment, food trucks, kids’ activities, and opportunities to explore the new National Western Center campus. It’s the perfect way for families, neighbors, and visitors to come together for a day of laughter, friendly competition, and community connection.

Whether you’re adopting one duck or a whole flock, don’t miss your chance to take part in this quirky and memorable fundraiser.

This event is FREE to attend and watch. Ducks may also be purchased at the event to participate.
