Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the scene, this event promises a fun-filled experience for all swing dance lovers.

Join us as we welcome an exceptional line-up of world-class teachers in various styles, including Lindy Hop, Balboa, Blues and Authentic Jazz. You'll have the chance to learn from the best, with top instructors - Ramona Staffeld, Miya Miyazaki, Evan Hughes, Jessie Gordon, AND John & Julia Wharington - offering expert classes that cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.

Social dances with live bands, workshops, and performances throughout the weekend, the Dunedin Swing Festival 2025 is your go-to destination for all things swing. Come for the dancing, stay for the incredible community vibes, and make memories to last a lifetime!

EARLY BIRD FULL PASS: $270
There are a limited number of Early Bird ticket this year. Early Birds will be open on April 4th and be accessible for 2 weeks only unless the allocation of Early Bird tickets have sold out prior.

NB: Ticket purchases are limited to two (2) per order. If you are buying tickets on behalf of friends, you'll only be able to do this 2 at a time. As there are a limited number of Early Birds this year we want to make sure those online at the time have access to the tickets.

Full pass - waged: $310

*** Friday day events are free to attend but you need to add the ticket on to your Full or Social Pass from the 'add-ons' section. (Wine tasting is an extra charge - also in the 'add ons' section) ***

SOCIAL EVENT PASSES WILL OPEN FOR SALE ON SATURDAY 19TH APRIL.

Social Event pass: $125 (this is entry into all 4 evening events and 2 late night events - excluding wine tasting)

Thursday, Errick's Blues Cafe: $20 + BF

Friday, Wine Tasting: $30 + BF

Friday, South Seas Shuffle: $40 + BF

Saturday, The Josephine Ball plus taster class: $50 + BF (includes late night)

Sunday, Sunday Night at Te Whare: $40* + BF (includes late night)

*Sunday night is a small venue so we won't be opening up these tickets until we know how many full passes are sold

All attendees at a Swing Riot Dunedin event must adhere to our code of conduct. We strongly encourage you to take a RAT test in the 24 hours leading up to the first event. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to these terms.
