Join us for an epic in-person Dungeons & Dragons FREE session on Tuesday 17th October at 4:00pm

If you are 13-17 and interested in trying Dungeons & Dragons, come on a 2-hour adventure with us. No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners and intermediate level players. Character sheets and dice will be provided. Players are welcome to use their own Level 2 character sheet built based on 5e Players Handbook, Point Buy system.

Sessions are moderated by a professional game master with extensive experience in working with children and a current WWCC.

Session capacity: 5-6 players

Young Adventurers League runs Dungeons & Dragons sessions tailored for kids and teens. Our mission is to grow the D&D community and introduce the game to new audience. We are passionate about helping kids and teens develop their personal and social skills through engaging in a fun and relaxed in-person, tabletop role-playing game which encourages team work, collaborative work and individual agency.

What is Dungeons & Dragons?

Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game developed in 1974 and has been a major influence on many other role-playing and video games.

In D&D, “Each player to create their own character to play... These characters embark upon imaginary adventures within a fantasy setting. A Dungeon Master (DM) serves as the game's referee and storyteller, while maintaining the setting in which the adventures occur, and playing the role of the inhabitants of the game world. The characters form a party and they interact with the setting's inhabitants and each other. Together they solve dilemmas, engage in battles, explore, and gather treasure and knowledge.”
