Dungeons & Dragons: Open Sessions
Event description
Enter the world of Dungeons & Dragons, in the Platform Arts Performance Space.
In collaboration with GUF Geelong and The Lab, Platform Arts will host a “come and try” Dungeons and Dragons event, welcoming people to explore a fascinating, highly social form of worldbuilding and storytelling through open game sessions. Geelong D&D gamemasters will bring their extensive expertise while providing participants with a supportive and inclusive environment, for both newcomers and experienced adventurers. The session window runs for three hours, beginning with a character-building introduction followed by gameplay.
Participation is capped at ten players. We encourage people to register quickly to reserve a spot, which is required only for players; walk-in spectators are welcome. Please notify us of a cancellation, as this will release your spot to others on the waitlist.
Prior to the event, game participants will be emailed all relevant information, including what to prepare and how to get here.
