Event description
Dungeons and Dragons provides an opportunity for players to develop social-emotional skills, build confidence, try new things in a pressure free environment, and learn to express themselves. Developed by Dr Kate Burton and George Burton, this term long course involves fun-filled hours of storytelling, while also weaving in skill building in the areas of executive function and social and emotional skills that participants can utilise in their everyday lives.
WHEN: Weekly on Monday or Thursday evenings*
- Monday 4:30PM-6:30PM: Ages 8-10
- Monday 6:30PM-8:30PM: Ages 14-16
- Thursday 4:30PM-6:30PM: Ages 9-11
- Thursday 6:30PM-8:30PM: Ages 11-13
*excluding Thurs 11/05 and Monday 12/06, replacement sessions in the school holidays on 03/07 and 06/07.
