Duo Evocaciones: Spanish Music for Guitar and Cello: April 13th

Hayes Street Studio is thrilled to present a vibrant musical duo from Italy: Duo Evocaciones. “Evocaciones” refers to the desire to evoke something loved or held close. The duo is comprised of cellist Martina Biondi, who is one of Italy's most promising young cellists and Pietro Locatto, first italian winner of the Adelaide guitar competition in 2020. The pair have put together a program of music that explores the rich and expressive colours of the main protagonists of the Spanish national school which developed between the 19th and 20th centuries.
