The first half of the workshop aims to educate international students about the importance of mental health leading into discussion surrounding sexual and reproductive health.

This workshop provides a safe space for students to ask questions which may normally be deemed culturally inappropriate and start important conversations regarding mental health as well as sexual health and wellbeing.
