Event description

Dusty Sundays

Dusty Sundays- a hangover session for the soul with local live music & World Famous Bloody Marys to blow off those cobwebs.

What better way to treat Mum on her special day than to pop down to Yulli's for a top afternoon with two of the finest bands around.Take some disarmingly honest and heartworn storytelling, flavour it with generous lashings of twang and gritty rock and you get Copperline. The Sydney/Blue Mountains alt-country four-piece have lived and breathed the highs and lows of the rock and low life – and that experience can’t help but find its way into their music. Their most recent single Lucinda – which saw the band earn high rotation on ABC Country and rack up more than 174,000 Spotify streams – Copperline have been busy touring the country in 2023 with a brand new batch of songs.“Telita Lee & The Huskies” is a musical collective that blends the soulful and powerful vocals of Telita Lee Shoaib with a diverse range of musical influences. The band’s journey began as a musical collaboration and friendship between Telita Shoaib and Richard Aspden, who shared a deep passion for old-time blues, country, folk, and contemporary popular music.

With a musical tapestry that weaves together the timeless blues the likes of BB King, Lil Johnson, and Memphis Minnie, and the songwriting prowess of legends like John Prine and Johnny Cash, “Telita Lee & The Huskies” create an authentic and heartfelt sound that resonates deeply with audiences.
Their music is a blend of honesty, vulnerability, humour, and unapologetic storytelling. Telita and Richard, as co-writers, draw from their personal experiences with love, relationships, heartache, and the joys of life. Their songs are designed to make listeners feel deeply and connect emotionally.
The band officially came into existence in 2022, releasing their debut single “Heatstroke” in October 2023.
Telita Lee & The Huskies second single “When I’m Gone” released December 2023 debuted at Number Six on the AMRAP Regional Chart.

Telita Lee & The Huskies’ music has garnered an enthusiastic and loyal following, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The band are poised to take the music scene by storm with their genuine, soul-stirring sound.
