Description

Ever wondered what it’s like to be a Hunter Valley winemaker? Try your hand at winemaking and blend your very own bottle of boutique single-vineyard wine in our ‘Winemaker for a Day’ experience at McCaffrey's Estate!

In this immersive 90 minute hands-on winemaking experience you'll learn how different varietals influence aroma, structure and taste as well as experimenting with blending rations until you find your perfect mix.

After experimenting and learning what it takes to be a winemaker, you'll bottle, cap and label your own 750ml souvenir to take home!
