ABOUT THE DYCCI AGM

The Dunsborough Yallingup Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DYCCI) invites all current members and interested businesses from the local community to attend this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is a critical meeting where members will vote on the future direction of DYCCI.

Over the past two years, like many small not-for-profit organisations, DYCCI has faced governance challenges due to limited volunteer capacity and committee engagement. As a result, we are now presenting a Special Resolution to determine the path forward for the Chamber.

WHAT'S AT STAKE?

Members will be asked to vote on one of the following three options:

1. Reinstate a functioning DYCCI Board under existing governance and constitutional obligations.

2. Unify with the Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) to form a new, broader Coastal Chamber supporting businesses from Dunsborough-Yallingup through to Busselton.

3. Wind up the DYCCI in accordance with the DYCCI Constitution.

This is a significant decision, and we require a membership quorum for any outcome to be valid. Your attendance—or proxy vote—is essential.
