Join Liam from Vista Wealth, Alice from Cameron & Co and Lynne from the Kura Tāwhiti Foundation for coffee, pastries and plenty of practical insights about how to protect your wealth and shape your legacy.
Liam will cover: growing your KiwiSaver and managed funds from retirement to death
Alice will cover: writing a will and other legal matters surrounding death
Lynne will cover: the role of Community Foundations in protecting your legacy and values after you have passed.
There will be time after the presentations to ask questions and speak to each team individually about your own needs.
This event is part of Dying Matters Week by Go With Grace which connects people across Aotearoa to start conversations in a safe space, learn from local experts and seek support to plan for later life and end-of-life and to navigate grief and loss.
This year's Dying Matters Week is focused on empowering you to make informed and meaningful decisions about the future, for yourself and for those you care about. We recognise that everyone’s perspectives, beliefs, and experiences are different, so Go with Grace have created a range of ways for you to connect with and explore this important topic.

Liam Ambrose - KiwiSaver + Investment Adviser - Vista Wealth
Liam is a financial advisor working for Vista Wealth & Protection, a boutique financial advice firm based in Christchurch city centre. Vista is a tightknit team of four, providing investment and insurance advice tailored to the specific needs and wants of their clients. Liam is the investments specialist, helping clients align their KiwiSaver and general investments with their long-term and short-term goals. He is a strong advocate for ethical investing and is a keen tramper and pub quiz host in his spare time.
Alice Goode - Senior Solicitor - Cameron & Co Lawyers
Alice studied law at the University of Canterbury and was admitted to the bar in 2019. She started practicing as a general practitioner in 2020 in a small Timaru law firm before making the move back to Christchurch at the end of 2022. Alice joined the Cameron and Co team in October 2022. Outside of the office Alice is involved with Good Night, Sleep Tight, Netball Coaching and being on the netball court playing herself. Cameron & Co's point of difference is their team approach where we draw on our range of experience to deliver results that develop and strengthen their client relationships. The provide practical legal guidance by utilising the various expertise our team offers, personalised to each client’s needs.
Lynne Umbers - Chief Executive - Kura Tāwhiti Foundation
Lynne is passionate about the power of collective action for good and the opportunity to grow generosity through Community Foundations. She has worked and volunteered in the For-Purpose sector in Australia and New Zealand for over 20 years and has completed a Master of Social Investment and Philanthropy. Lynne has previously held roles with Philanthropy Australia, Philanthropy New Zealand, the Pay What it Takes Coalition and Good2Give. Kura Tāwhiti Foundation is the Community Foundation for Christchurch City and the Selwyn and Waimakariri. They are committed to helping create a thriving and resilient community.
